use TibetBridges for that, as it takes away resources from those who are
using it for learning.
In the old days, yes, Tibetans needed westerners to provide free hosting. This is no longer true.

Think of this: almost every time there is a turnover in staff of many
organisations here, i get the call: "What is our password?" "Website doesn't work,
please fix it" etc.

Those are YOUR responsibilities! Mine is only to keep the server running,
and to help you learn how to do the other things. The time that i spend answering
silly questions, is time that i could be doing my awesome talking about real stuff!
I am available all day, and sometimes most of the night, to answer useful questions, to teach how to do things, by phone, skype chat, email, in person — whatever works! I do this no matter where your site is hosted. Also there are many resources online, and many other persons, to help you improve your skills and your site.
